H&H prepared a comprehensive plan for the Town of Ossining, NY, that focused on providing a future vision for the community as well as a development potential analysis of undeveloped and vacant parcels in seven study areas within the Town.  This analysis was then utilized to develop specific policy and implementation strategies.

The scope of work for the plan included an existing conditions analysis, the development of a vision plan for seven categories (community appearance, environmental resources, residential, parks and recreation, community services and facilities, transportation, and future development and redevelopment), and public outreach including two public workshops, a public hearing, stakeholder interviews, and a public opinion survey. The firm was requested in 2014 to update various sections of the plan, which was then readopted in 2015.
