For our own designs, we generally provide at a minimum, construction support services with specialty inspections and, depending on client requirements, complete resident engineering inspection. We maintain civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical inspectors in-house to staff resident engineering assignments for our own and others’ designs. The benefit of our in-house inspectors, especially in specialty work, is their continuity and cross training which allows the knowledge and appreciation of other disciplines to avoid potential conflicts in work.
Our project experience encompasses oversight for the construction of new facilities as well as replacements/rehabilitations of bridges and structures of all sizes and types; primary and secondary roads; storm drain systems; utilities; pavement and markings; sidewalks, plazas, and bikeways; bridge, highway, and street lighting; traffic signals; coating removal and application; and erosion/sediment control installation.
