Our firm maintains in-house capabilities to provide quality geotechnical engineering services relating to subsurface exploration programs, geotechnical analysis and design, slope stabilization recommendations and consultation during construction for all aspects of infrastructure facilities and structures.

We focus on providing appropriate geotechnical solutions that incorporate a proactive approach to confirm that the design recommendations respond to the constructability aspects. We also manage foundation and geotechnical-related risks associated with construction projects. Our staff is familiar with geotechnical subsurface investigations and design tasks, and with the preparation of thorough and accurate contract documents to mitigate the risk of changes and claims during construction associated with subsurface conditions.

We’re adept at performing task assignments that pertain to geotechnical analysis and design for bridge and structure foundations, and roadway or track bed foundations. Our experience and familiarity with current procedures and requirements in the DOT, FHWA, AASHTO and AREMA manuals, ensures the delivery of geotechnical designs, reports and detailed recommendations which are cost-effective, constructable, safe, and suitable for the specific project site conditions. Our analyses are performed by qualified, experienced professionals using widely accepted procedures. Our capabilities include the latest geotechnical software. We are also experienced in the evaluation of liquefaction potential and foundation stiffness under normal and seismic conditions, including the effects of soil-structure interaction and soil behavior under cyclic loading conditions.
