H&H prepared a concept plan for Downtown Monsey in the Town of Ramapo, NY, that looked to create a pedestrian path from Robert Pitt Drive under the Route 59 Bridge to the Town Line, as well as link the proposed path to a re-imagined neo-traditional downtown consisting of mixed-use residential and commercial development.
The scope of work for the plan included a walkway plan consisting of landscaping, signage, street furniture, lighting, playground concepts, and a downtown concept plan showing the location of potential new development.
