We are profoundly devastated to learn of the loss of Pam Nugent yesterday in the once-in-1000-year flash flooding that occurred in New York. Pam was seeking higher ground with her dog when the rising rapid waters swept her away.

Pam, a remarkable leader and positive force at H&H, was not only a dear friend but also a big thinker who brought laughter, great conversations, and inspiring ideas to our firm. We are struggling to comprehend the loss of such an extraordinary individual. Our thoughts are with Pam’s family as they try to grasp the enormity of this tragedy, as is the H&H family. In this challenging time, let us remember and appreciate the impact Pam had on the lives of those that were lucky enough to know her, honoring her vibrant spirit and treasuring the memories we shared.

Pam, a Senior Associate and Development & Operations Manager for Emerging Markets, was based in the New York Office City Office. She was a member of many professional organizations including SMPS New York and Society of American Military Engineers, NYC Post.
