Pokigo, Harrington Assume New Roles in New England Region

Hank Pokigo, Principal at H&H, has assumed the New England Region Manager role. In his new position, he will oversee the region’s operations and business development. Additionally, Tim Harrington, PE, has been appointed the Office Manager in the Boston office. “I look forward to working with Hank and Tim in their new roles and am confident in their ability to lead our teams to even greater achievements,” said H&H CEO Sean Bluni.

Hank Pokigo has over 30 years of experience in marketing and business development and has been with H&H since 2003. During his tenure, he has successfully led business development in the firm, generating over $100M in sales annually. He has also played a key role in introducing new business practices, including more efficient ways of managing the firm’s backlog. Hank holds a degree in Advanced Mathematics from the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences at the University of New Hampshire and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Finance.

Tim Harrington, PE, joined H&H in 2011 and previously served as a Structural Engineer and Team Leader. In his new role as Office Manager, he will manage the Boston office’s day-to-day operations. Over the past decade, Tim has led many H&H projects, including bridge inspections, load rating analysis of rehabilitated bridges, and design and plan preparation for new and fixed movable bridges. He has also overseen the development of computerized inspections and asset management systems. Tim holds an MS and BS in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Maryland, and Texas.
