Jim is H&H’s National Practice Leader for Bridge Design, responsible for overseeing technical aspects of business development, marketing, and design. He is an industry-recognized bridge engineering expert with over 38 years of experience in design, studies, and analysis for bridges of all sizes and complexities. Jim has led the project management and design of major complex and movable bridges and other heavy movable structures projects in the U.S. and abroad.
