H&H is pleased to announce that Michael Delemont, PE, SE, has joined the firm and will serve as a Senior Structural Engineer.  He will also serve as the Senior Bridge Practice Lead in our future Milwaukee, WI, office. Michael will perform and lead structural work for bridge rehabilitation and replacement projects, including preparing plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates for complex bridge projects in Wisconsin. He will also perform in-service bridge inspections and provide support during construction and fabrication.

With 23 years of structural design experience, his work includes bascule bridges, highway bridges, railroad bridges, retaining walls, and various other structures. He has extensive experience with movable bridge projects encompassing new designs and rehabilitating structures. A certified WisDOT Bridge Inspection Team Leader, Michael maintains several FHWA certifications and is an AWS Certified Welding Inspector.

Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University and a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech. He is a licensed professional engineer in Wisconsin, Louisiana, and Illinois and is a licensed structural engineer in Illinois.
