Michael Hawkins is responsible for overseeing the firm’s day-to-day internal operations regarding engineering resources, project management, information systems, human resources, and facilities. He is responsible for establishing and overseeing the operation strategies, plans, and policies to efficiently and effectively deliver our firm’s services to our clients and achieve our company objectives and goals.
Previously, Michael had managed the firm’s Connecticut Office from 2003 through 2016 and had been responsible for overseeing business development, project management, engineering design, and client satisfaction in the New England Region since 2007. His engineering experience with the firm has encompassed all phases of bridgework from preliminary studies through design and construction with a specialty in movable bridges.
