We are delighted to announce the addition of Agnieszka Lapinski, PE*, to our team, who will be based in our Mount Laurel Office and serve as H&H’s Transportation Authority Practice Lead.

Bringing over 28 years of experience, Agnieszka joins H&H from her previous role as Northeast Bridge Practice Lead at a NJ-based consulting firm. Among her recent projects is her collaboration with the H&H-led joint venture on the Raritan River Bridge Project. Recent projects include leading the structural design for the viaduct on the NJTA’s Newark Bay-Hudson County Extension and her role as a Quality Assurance Reviewer and technical advisor for the structural design of a grade-separated crossing for NY MTA’s East Bound Re-Route Construction for the East Side Access Project.

In 2016, Agnieszka was pivotal in developing an Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) Program for the NJTA. The project included formulating an ABC Policy and Design Guideline Manual to provide recommended details and decision-making tools for implementation in new and rehabilitation projects associated with the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway. Additionally, she conducted a comprehensive review of the NJTA capital program to identify projects that could benefit from ABC techniques.

Agnieszka holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, all earned from Drexel University. She is a licensed *Professional Engineer in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
