Kevin Flagg, PE, has joined H&H’s Rail Group as Catenary Design Leader. Working in the firm’s Philadelphia office, Kevin will lead H&H’s catenary design work.

“We are very fortunate to add Kevin to our group,” said Jeff Konrad, H&H’s National Director of Passenger Rail. “He is an excellent technical engineer in many facets of rail engineering and brings leadership skills to our firm as well.”

Kevin is an experienced civil and mechanical engineering leader with two decades of experience working on interesting and unique projects across civil and mechanical engineering fields. His experience includes DPRA’s Ben Franklin Bridge Track Systems Rehabilitation, Amtrak Middletown Train Station Improvement, and the Media-Sharon Hill Line Interlockings Replacement for SEPTA. He has a BS in Engineering Physics and Mathematics from Juniata College and is a Professional Engineer in New York and Pennsylvania.
