Thomas (Tom) Fucigna, Jr, has joined H&H’s Fort Lauderdale Office as a Senior Environmental Scientist. Tom will be responsible for providing environmental regulatory support to H&H projects and our clients.

Tom has over 40 years of experience with environmental assessments, planning, design, and regulatory permitting for a wide variety of transportation projects. His technical expertise includes wetland delineation, natural resource and environmental assessments, and protected species management plans supporting PD&E studies and environmental regulatory permitting of roadway corridor projects.

Tom has an in-depth knowledge of federal, state, regional, and local environmental criteria and associated agency procedures, including National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), federal 404 Dredge and Fill Permitting, Sections 7 and 10 Consultations for protected species, and wetland and protected species permitting.
