On behalf of the Principals and all members of the H&H, we announce the appointment of two new firm Principals, Hank Pokigo and Henri Sinson, PE. Hank is the Director of Marketing & Sales, and Henri is Fort Lauderdale Office Manager.

Hank Pokigo joined H&H in 2003 and has over 30 years of diverse Marketing and Business Development experience. Since joining H&H, he has transformed the marketing department from a three-person organization to a group of 14 professionals, delivering over $100M in sales annually. He has been instrumental in establishing new business operations practices, including more effective ways to manage the firm’s backlog. Hank has a degree in Advanced Mathematics from the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences at the University of New Hampshire and an MBA with a concentration on Marketing and Finance.

Henri Sinson began at H&H in 1998 after graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with his BE in Civil Engineering. Starting in our Norfolk, Virginia office, he worked towards obtaining an ME in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University while designing two major bridge projects in Virginia – the Route 1 over I-95 Interchange and the Chincoteague Island Bridge. He joined our growing South Florida operation and became a leading bridge engineer and project manager. Henri was instrumental in the growth of our Florida presence, including establishing our Tampa operation. He returned to South Florida to lead the operations of the Fort Lauderdale office and the regional structural engineering team. His notable bridge projects include replacing the historic Gasparilla Swing Bridge and the over 4000-ft long, 100-ft high SR A1A North Causeway Bridge in Florida.
