H&H Announces Leadership Appointments

H&H is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeffrey Konrad, James Phillips, and Michael Swietanski to Principal.  “It is a pleasure to welcome Jeff, Jim, and Mike to the H&H Principal group.  They each bring expertise and leadership experience that will further strengthen and support the long-term success of H&H,” said CEO Sean Bluni.

Jeffrey Konrad, PE

Jeff is H&H’s National Director of Transit & Passenger Rail. He has more than thirty years of experience in the management and design of railroad and highway projects.  He leads H&H’s teams on the MBTA Saugus Drawbridge Replacement Project, Amtrak Portal Bridge Enhancement, and the Virginia DRPT Long Bridge project.

James Phillips, PE

Jim is H&H’s National Practice Leader for Bridge Design, responsible for overseeing technical aspects of business development, marketing, and design. He is an industry-recognized bridge engineering expert with over 38 years of experience in design, studies, and analysis for bridges of all sizes and complexities. Jim has led the project management and design of major complex and movable bridge and other heavy movable structures projects in the US and abroad.

Michael Swietanski, PE

Mike is H&H’s NJ Director Of Highway & Traffic Engineering and the Mt. Laurel Office Manager. He has 27 years of experience in the production and management of highway design and construction projects. He is also responsible for overall project management, coordination of design teams, specific project task management, and individual assignments.

Mike has managed General Engineering Services Contracts for NJDOT for over 20 years. He was the Project Manager for the design of the $150M Route 42/295 Missing Moves Project which is currently in construction. He also prepared the roadway improvement designs for the Intersection of Route 168 and Benigno Boulevard, Route 168 over Newton Lake Dam, United States Avenue Bridge Replacement, and Jersey Avenue Bridge over Mill Creek.
