Clark, focuses on community/regional planning, development, environmental, and transportation consulting services. Current clients include more than 150 municipalities and private sector companies throughout the New York/Connecticut metropolitan area and beyond. Specialties include traffic planning and operations studies; traffic impact analyses; and, public transportation planning and land use. The firm will become Frederick P. Clark Associates, a Hardesty & Hanover company.
