David Lynch Joins H&H as Project Manager, Mid-Atlantic Region

H&H is pleased to announce that David Lynch, PE, has joined the firm as Project Manager in the Maryland office. In this role, he will lead the delivery of a variety of projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Lynch is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Society of Highway Engineers.

Mr. Lynch has more than 20 years of experience in transportation engineering, focusing on complex bridge and tunnel inspections, bridge rehabilitation and asset management. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager in the structures’ division of a national engineering firm leading projects including the dehumidification of the main cable of the Anthony Wayne Bridge and serving as Senior Engineer and Project Manager for the Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation District in San Francisco, CA.  His experience includes feasibility analysis of large-scale capital improvements including complex bridges; inspections of complex structures; design of a variety of transportation facilities; and the design of public spaces.

Mr. Lynch earned his Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering degree from San Francisco State University.  He is a licensed professional engineer in Maryland and California and is a certified NBIS & NTIS Program Manager and Team Leade
