H&H Principal David DeLuca has been named ACEC NY’s New Principal of the Year. The award is given annually to a new principal for engineering and leadership achievements within their firm, support in furthering ACEC’s mission, their active participation at the city, state, and national levels of ACEC, and their civic and humanitarian contributions.

David was promoted to Principal in 2022 and has served as the firm’s Alternative Delivery Practice Lead and New York Director of Business Development. He has been working for H&H for more than 20 years, positively contributing to projects, the structural engineering department, and the overall firm.

H&H CEO Sean Bluni said, “I feel confident about the future of H&H knowing David is so committed to developing generations of H&H leaders. Having him as our Design-Build Practice Lead assures us that our business is in great hands. His success in building the practice to include every region of the company exceeded our near-term expectations.”
