H&H is pleased to welcome Kim Armstrong, PE, as Senior Bridge Engineer and Project Manager. Kim brings more than 25 years of experience in bridge design, load rating, and inspection, and will be working closely with our Boston team.

Kim is recognized for combining strong technical expertise with a deep appreciation for historic preservation, delivering thoughtful and innovative bridge solutions that respect and enhance existing structures. She is also the author of the Federal Highway Administration’s national manual on the maintenance of stone masonry bridges.
