We are pleased to announce that Bill Stickle has been appointed New York Mechanical Group Manager.

In this role, Bill will oversee the day-to-day operations of H&H’s Mechanical Team in the New York Office, providing leadership, operational guidance, and oversight of professional development. His appointment supports our continued focus on strengthening leadership, developing talent, and positioning the firm for sustained growth.

Bill brings more than eight years of mechanical engineering experience and joined H&H in 2017. He has been a key resource in our New Haven Office, delivering a wide range of projects across Connecticut and the Northeast, while also supporting work throughout the United States and Canada. Bill is a professional engineer licensed in Connecticut.

Beyond his project responsibilities, Bill has played an important role in advancing our mechanical engineering practice through training, mentorship, and team development. He has served as lead designer on numerous inspection, rehabilitation, and replacement projects, consistently demonstrating technical excellence, collaborative leadership, and a strong commitment to H&H’s core values.

With his transition to the New York Office, Bill brings a diverse skill set and a proven leadership approach that will be integral to the team’s continued growth and success.
