H&H has been awarded Project of the Year, Category II, by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Miami-Dade Branch for outstanding engineering achievement on the SR 826 Palmetto Expressway Design-Build Project. The award recognizes outstanding local civil engineering projects, with Category II honoring projects valued between $10 million and $100 million.

H&H served as lead designer for the $66 million project, providing roadway, drainage, permitting, temporary traffic control, tolling, bridge, and retaining wall design services. Completed in 2025, the project delivered significant operational and safety improvements along the critical Miami-Dade County corridor, enhancing the reliability and functionality of this important regional transportation route.

The ASCE recognition highlights the technical expertise, innovation, and collaboration that contributed to the project’s successful delivery. H&H is proud to have partnered with the project team to advance a safer, more efficient transportation network for the South Florida community.
