Dana Hecht, Director of Program Delivery

Dana has more than 30 years of leadership experience, delivering complex transportation programs for agencies including NJDOT, NJ TRANSIT, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and MTA Construction & Development. Her career has focused on improving how major infrastructure programs are planned, procured, and delivered, while building strong partnerships and high-performing teams. Dana holds a BS in Civil and Construction Engineering from Temple University and has received numerous industry honors, including being named a 2022 Notable Woman in Transportation by Crain’s New York Business.
