Congratulations to Ray Mankbadi on receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Concrete Institute New Jersey Chapter and New Jersey Municipal Contractors Association, recognizing an exceptional 45-year career dedicated to advancing the transportation industry.
Over the past 20 years, Ray’s leadership has grown H&H’s Geotechnical Engineering group from a single engineer to a dedicated team of more than 15 professionals. Through his technical expertise and guidance, the group has built a strong reputation throughout New Jersey and established a significant presence across New York City and New York State.
Today, Ray continues to mentor H&H’s geotechnical professionals while supporting the growth of the firm’s geotechnical practice in new geographic markets across the company. His leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to technical excellence have made a lasting impact on both H&H and the transportation industry.
“His goal was to make me and every engineer that joins H&H, the best engineer we could be,” said H&H Geotechnical Group Manager, Arsanious Guirguis, PE. “Even if that meant being better than him as a geotechnical engineer because he knew the importance of surrounding himself with strong technical geotechnical engineers.”
Congratulations to Ray on this well-deserved recognition.
The Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes individuals who have made long-term, significant contributions to the concrete and construction industry throughout their careers.
