H&H, as the prime consultant, developed the design and is currently providing post-design services for the replacement of Str. No. W112.72B / Interchange 16W Ramp ST over Berry’s Creek Canal. The project improves a critical interchange ramp connection by constructing a new three-span continuous steel girder bridge supported on deep foundations, built off-line on a new alignment to maintain traffic during construction.  The ramp is an integral part of NJTA’s plan to reduce congestion for the 2026 World Cup events at Met Life Stadium.

The scope also includes deceleration lane improvements, rehabilitation of Culvert No. W112.26, and coordination of roadway geometry and staging to support future Westerly Mainline widening. H&H’s services include roadway, structural, and geotechnical engineering, environmental coordination, and maintenance and protection of traffic (MPT) planning to minimize impacts to the traveling public while advancing long-term mobility and operational improvements along the corridor.
