H&H will inspect, load rate, and prepare engineering documents for the rehabilitation of this bridge on the Waterfront Line for the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA). The work includes evaluation of adjacent MSE walls and track and the design of repairs to extend the life of these assets. The Waterfront Line provides a vital link between downtown Cleveland and lakefront attractions, including FirstEnergy Stadium and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. A 645 foot long, five-span continuous post-tensioned segmental concrete box bridge carries the Waterfront Line over Norfolk Southern Railroad and city streets. Separations between post-tensioned segments were discovered during prior inspections of the bridge.
