We are excited to announce that Phillip Kendall has joined H&H as the New England Highway Practice Lead and will be in our Bedford, NH office. With more than 30 years of expertise in engineering and team leadership, Phillip brings a wealth of knowledge in highway engineering and project management.

Phillip has held numerous senior roles throughout his career, including design, program, quality, and department management. His leadership has successfully guided teams of engineers, technicians, and support staff, consistently ensuring project success through his strategic vision and deep technical understanding. He is experienced in all aspects of highway design, from concept to preliminary and final highway design, including drainage and utility design, construction phasing, and public participation.

Phillip has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and is a licensed professional engineer in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Connecticut.
