Paul Skelton is responsible for the maintenance and continued growth of Hardesty & Hanover’s position as the most experienced, knowledgeable and versatile bridge engineering firm in the United States. Mr. Skelton has been involved in the study, new design, rehabilitation and/or inspection of more than 150 movable bridges and other heavy movable structures in the U.S., Australia, Europe and Asia. His projects include movable bridges, as well as stadium roofs, ferry bridges and other special structures in 22 states and Canada.
