Andrew Coates’ management experience includes overseeing feasibility studies; inspection and analysis; seismic analysis and retrofit; structure rehabilitation; roadway design; viaducts and highway interchange structure design; long span and movable bridge design; geotechnical design; environmental analysis; permitting and construction support for new structures and rehabilitation of existing structures. He was responsible for maintaining and assuring project quality; schedule and budget during development of contract plans; specifications and cost estimates, as well as supervision of construction contracts and subconsultants.
