Steve Harlacker is H&H’s New England Transportation Practice Lead. He has been with H&H since 1996 and has been responsible for truss, long span, railroad, and movable bridge design projects throughout New England and Nationwide. He provides technical oversight and works closely with leadership to drive the practice’s growth and expansion.

While serving as the firm’s Quality Assurance Director, he was responsible for internal review and confirmation of compliance with the quality management plan. Currently, Steve provides Quality Assurance and Quality Control oversight on multiple projects and conducts design verification in compliance with H&H standards and client-specific Quality Management Plans.
