Timothy Noles is responsible for overseeing the Southeast Region in regards to business development, project management, engineering design, and client satisfaction. He has been responsible for the inspection, design, and rehabilitation of major highway and railway bridge projects across the United States comprising of hundreds of major steel and concrete bridge structures with expertise in movable spans (vertical lift, swing, and bascule).
