Steve Harlacker is H&H’s Connecticut Office Manager. He has been with H&H since 1996, and throughout this time, he has been responsible for truss, long span, railroad, and movable bridge design projects throughout New England and Nationwide. He leads H&H bridge design teams on projects for CTDOT, the City of New Haven, and Amtrak from our New Haven Office.
While serving as the firm’s Quality Assurance Director, he was responsible for internal review and confirmation of compliance with the quality management plan. Currently, Steve provides Quality Assurance and Quality Control oversight on multiple projects and conducts design verification in compliance with H&H standards and client-specific Quality Management Plans.
