Scott Reynolds is responsible for managing operations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including developing and maintaining client relationships and oversight of all projects. A structural engineer by training, he is an expert in the complex structural-mechanical-electrical interfaces on all types of movable bridges. Mr. Reynolds is also an AWS Certified Welding Inspector and NBIS-certified Program Manager.
