Paul Skelton is responsible for the maintenance and continued growth of H&H’s position as the most experienced, knowledgeable, and versatile bridge engineering firm in the United States. Mr. Skelton has been involved in the study, new design, rehabilitation, and/or inspection of more than 150 movable bridges and other heavy movable structures in the U.S., Australia, Europe, and Asia. His projects include movable bridges, as well as stadium roofs, ferry bridges, and other special structures in 22 states and Canada.
