Stephan is H&H’s Highway Practice Lead and is currently the project manager for the study and design of the reconstruction of a four-level directional interchange in Orlando. Recent key projects include the All Electronic Toll design services contract for Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, which included studies of 148 miles of Florida’s Turnpike, 17 miles of SR 417, and 10 miles of SR 429.
