Dave DeLuca is H&H’s Alternative Delivery Practice Lead as well as our NY Business Development Director. He has 20 years of experience in management positions and lead technical roles on alternative delivery projects throughout the country and numerous movable and fixed bridge projects in the Northeast. He focuses on positioning H&H on projects throughout NY State, as well as Designer and Owner’s Representative on design-build projects for contractors and owners throughout the East Coast. Dave is currently the Project Manager for H&H’s three major Owner’s Representative for design-build contracts with NYSDOT, NYCDOT, and NYCDDC, overseeing billions of dollars of design and construction in NY.
