Brendan O’Shea is responsible for the management, business development, and client satisfaction on all H&H Construction Services contracts. His responsibilities include the supervision of engineers, construction inspectors, and technicians, along with numerous subconsultants. Mr. O’Shea is highly experienced in roadway and bridge construction and rehabilitation. He also has specialized training and experience in the areas of corrosion protection and infrastructure security.
