Andrew has been the partner-in-charge or project manager for many of H&H’s major bridge projects. Throughout his 30-plus-year career, he has been responsible for bridge studies, major bridge rehabilitations, emergency services, biennial and in-depth bridge inspections, preliminary to final design on new fixed and movable bridges, and construction inspection. Andrew’s fixed bridge projects range from simple overpasses to viaduct-type structures to $250 million intersection rehabilitations. His expertise on the subject of movable bridges allows him to manage and coordinate the structural-mechanical-electrical designs of various types of swing, vertical-lift, and bascule bridges.
