Sean Oroho serves as H&H’s West District Manager and is based in Lakewood, Colorado. He oversees operations, marketing, and technical delivery across the district’s three regions: Mountain, Southwest, and Northwest.

Sean brings more than 18 years of experience spanning all phases of bridge design, maintenance, and construction. Throughout his career, he has managed complex bridge replacement, rehabilitation, preservation, and construction programs across the United States.
