Neil Desai, AICP, PP, Joins H&H as a Principal Planner in the company’s expanding Community Planning Group. During his 17-year career supporting towns and cities across eight states, Neil has produced a wide range of plans and regulatory products, including comprehensive long-range plans, downtown plans, redevelopment plans, sustainability plans, and zoning codes. His work has set the stage for public infrastructure investments, private development, and economic revitalization. “We are delighted to have Neil Desai, AICP, PP, join our growing Community Planning team,” said Dave Lapping, PTP, H&H Principal Associate. “Neil has helped many communities envision and implement a wide array of plans that have helped revitalize neighborhoods throughout the US.”

Prior to joining H&H, Neil was the founder and director of an urban planning and public engagement consulting firm. Neil has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from Dartmouth College and a Master of City Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Design. He belongs to the American Institute of Certified Planners and is a licensed Professional Planner in New Jersey.
