Lee Adams, PE, was recently recognized with the Patriotic Employer Award by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), a program under the U.S. Department of Defense. This award honors individual supervisors who demonstrate strong support for employees serving in the National Guard or Reserve.

The award was presented in recognition of Adam’s support of Lt. Peter Bailey, a water resources engineer based in our Mount Laurel office and an active member of the Army National Guard.

Lt. Peter Bailey is preparing for a nine-month deployment this summer and has completed multiple military training assignments in recent months. Throughout this time, Adams’ leadership and the broader support have helped ensure Peter could fulfill his military duties while remaining connected to his professional role at H&H.

“Peter is a citizen soldier with a bright future and a selfless nature that our firm and our nation deeply appreciate,” Adams said. “He deserves our boundless support.”
