H&H is pleased to announce the promotion of Laura Jones and Rich Stevens to Co-Chief Operating Officers.

In this new shared leadership model, Laura and Rich will jointly direct, coordinate, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm, strengthening alignment across practices, regions, and disciplines as H&H continues to grow as a scalable national firm.

While they will share overall operational responsibility, Laura will lead project management and project-related functions, and Rich will lead resource management and related functions. Together, they will advance consistent delivery, operational excellence, and a One H&H approach to planning, staffing, and executing work across the firm.

Rich Stevens, PE, Principal, Senior Project Manager, and Deputy Director of Engineering, brings 20 years of experience at H&H. He has led a wide range of movable and fixed bridge, roadway, and rail projects through all phases, from concept development and final design through construction support. Rich’s deep technical expertise and long-standing understanding of H&H’s operations position him to strengthen resource planning, utilization, and delivery consistency firmwide. Rich is a licensed Professional Engineer in NY, NJ, and CT.

Laura Jones, PE, Principal Associate, has served as H&H’s Director of Project Management since 2023, overseeing firmwide project management practices, policies, and performance. She has led project pricing approvals, project manager assignments, and the development of H&H University’s Project Management Training Program. Before Director role, Laura spent seven years as a Project Manager at H&H and eight years at another firm. Laura is a licensed Professional Engineer in NY and NJ.

Together, Laura and Rich will play a critical role in advancing H&H by supporting growth, reinforcing operational excellence, and ensuring that our people, processes, and projects are aligned to deliver consistent value to our clients nationwide.
