Kim Smith Appointed WTS-NH Chapter President

January 22, 2025

We are excited to congratulate Kim Smith, PE, the newly appointed President of WTS-NH. Kim has been a vital part of the chapter since its inception, joining as one of the original members in 2020. Her dedication and contributions have played a key role in the chapter’s growth and continued success.

Kim was instrumental in establishing WTS-NH, which required a minimum of 20 members to ratify the chapter. She served on the programs committee from its founding in 2020 through December 2024, demonstrating her commitment to advancing the organization’s mission. From January 2023 to December 2024, Kim served as Vice President, leading up to her current role as President, which began in January 2025 for a two-year term.

As President, Kim leads the board of directors, oversees the chapter’s budget, and drives its overall success. Passionate about WTS’s mission, Kim emphasizes the strong network of support, mentorship, and leadership opportunities WTS provides. Congratulations to Kim on this well-deserved leadership role!

Kim describes WTS-NH as a supportive community of women who uplift one another, provide a listening ear, and celebrate each other’s successes while also offering valuable opportunities for leadership development—her biggest advice: “Delegate!”
