We welcome Justin Fries, PE, DBIA, to the #hhsquad as our new Florida Alternative Delivery Practice Lead. Based in our Orlando office, Justin will oversee teaming, procurement, and design project delivery and coordination for the region’s alternative delivery projects.

With over 16 years of experience in structural design and construction, Justin holds professional engineering licenses in nine states. His career began as a design consultant specializing in transportation structures, and he has since progressed to roles including task manager, where he led project production and mentored junior engineers. For the past eight years, Justin has focused on nationwide design and detailing of construction methods. He spearheaded the pursuit of Florida design-build projects at his previous firm, securing contracts worth $800 million.

Justin is also an active member of several industry organizations, including the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), the Florida Transportation Builders Association (FTBA), and Heavy Movable Structures, Inc. (HMS).
