H&H is pleased to announce that Jon Henrichsen, PE*, has joined the firm as Portland Office Manager and Senior Technical Advisor. He will oversee the day-to-day operations of H&H’s growing Portland office while leading business development efforts throughout Oregon and Washington.

Jon brings nearly 35 years of experience leading the delivery and management of complex bridge and transportation infrastructure projects throughout Oregon. Licensed as both an electrical and mechanical engineer, he offers deep expertise in movable bridge operations, asset management, infrastructure maintenance, and the long-term stewardship of critical transportation assets.

During his career with Multnomah County, Jon provided technical leadership for the county’s six major bridges, including four movable bridges. He oversaw the operation, maintenance, and rehabilitation of these essential structures, helping ensure their long-term safety, reliability, and performance for the traveling public.

As H&H continues to expand its bridge and transportation practice in the Pacific Northwest, Jon’s leadership, multidisciplinary expertise, and extensive public-sector experience will strengthen the firm’s ability to serve clients throughout the region and support its continued growth.
