H&H is pleased to welcome Joe King, PE, PMP, who joins the firm as Structural Group Manager in New York and a Senior Project Manager.

Joe will provide leadership and technical oversight for the group while supporting project delivery, staff development, workload planning, and collaboration across H&H’s multidisciplinary teams.

“Joe brings a strong combination of technical expertise, project leadership, and experience delivering complex projects to H&H,” said Sean Bluni, CEO of H&H. “His collaborative approach will strengthen our New York Structural Group, support the continued development of our people, and expand the value we bring to clients across the firm.”

Joe began his career as a bridge engineer, has led development of electric vehicle modeling software, and brings extensive experience managing complex transit and rail projects.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The College of New Jersey and a master’s degree in structural engineering from the University of Maryland. Joe is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey. He is also a certified Project Management Professional and a graduate of the American Public Transportation Association’s Emerging Leaders Program.
