H&H is pleased to share that Jim Phillips, PE has been named an Honorary Lifetime Member of Heavy Movable Structures (HMS), one of the highest recognitions presented by the organization.
A founding member of HMS since its establishment in 1985, Jim has spent more than four decades advancing the organization’s mission and helping shape the movable bridge industry through his leadership, technical expertise, and dedication to the profession.
“Jim is a visionary and innovator in modern movable bridge engineering, having worked on hundreds of bridge projects around the world,” said Frank Marzella, Chairman of the HMS Board.
Honorary Lifetime Membership recognizes individuals whose long-standing leadership, technical expertise, and service have made a lasting impact on both HMS and the engineering profession.
