HH Inspire 2025 Recap

January 8, 2026

Our final recap of 2025 celebrated the power of giving and the difference the #hhsquad has made together. We are proud to reflect on a year filled with generosity, and thanks to the support of the #hhsquad, the HH Inspire™ program flourished, raising over $45K to make a positive impact.

HH Inspire™ is the umbrella program for all charitable giving and community work at H&H. We pride ourselves on both our annual giving programs and spontaneous contributions when members recognize a local need or a global crisis.

  • World Central Kitchen (WCK): H&H donated $3,300 to WCK to assist with California Wildfires Relief and Hurricane Melissa Relief. These donations will help provide fresh, nutritious meals to communities in need during these difficult times.

  • Morgan State University (MSU): H&H donated $10,000 to MSU to provide financial support for engineering students. Over the past three years, H&H has consistently invested in MSU’s School of Engineering, helping expand resources and student programming that strengthen pathways for future engineers. Our donation will enable the university to support eight to ten engineering students in the upcoming year.

  • Anniversary Giving Back Program: H&H donated $1,300 to 20 different charities across the country, celebrating three-year anniversaries from our #hhsquad.

  • Annual Charity Potluck: Each year, offices host a potluck event where staff members pay to eat and vote for their favorite dish. The winning dish’s creator selects which charity benefits from the funds. In 2025, H&H donated $2,670 to 15 different charities nationwide.

  • Community Service Day: H&H offices dedicated time to assembling and decorating goodie bags for local children’s hospitals, supported by more than $1,000 in donated supplies. Community Service Day gave employees the chance to connect outside of their usual routine while making a meaningful difference in their communities.

  • Donation Drive: Each office leads a local food drive, with donations going to neighborhood charities. Offices compete for the Golden Can Award, given to the office that donates the most per person, while the Crystal Heart Award recognizes the office with the largest annual increase. In 2025, H&H donated over 12,880 items to shelters across the country.
