On behalf of the Principals and all members of H&H, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Oroho, PE, SE, as Firm Principal.

As West District Manager, Sean leads H&H’s efforts to expand into new markets while supporting ongoing operations throughout the West. His responsibilities include providing the leadership, management, and execution needed to support continued success and growth.

“Sean has played an important role in expanding H&H’s presence in the West while building strong teams and supporting successful project delivery,” said Sean Bluni, CEO of H&H. “His leadership, strategic perspective, and commitment to our continued growth make him an excellent addition to the firm’s Principals.”

Sean brings 18 years of experience as a bridge engineer, project manager, and structures group manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Manhattan College. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado, Oregon, and Washington, as well as a licensed Structural Engineer in Hawaii.
