Roads and Bridges Magazine named the Garden State Parkway over Great Harbor project #5 on its annual list of the Top Ten Bridges of 2017, published in its November Issue.  Created in 2000, the list recognizes the top projects in North America. Each year, nominations are submitted to the magazine’s editorial staff, which determines the Top 10 list based on project challenges, impact to region and scope of work.

H&H served as designer, engineer of record and provided construction inspection services for the replacement of the southbound bridges.  The project also won an ACEC NY Platinum Award and an ACEC NJ Honor Award for Engineering Excellence.
