H&H welcomes Dana Hecht, PMP, as our Director of Program Delivery. Dana brings more than 30 years of leadership experience, delivering complex transportation programs for agencies including NJDOT, NJ TRANSIT, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and MTA Construction & Development. Her career has focused on improving how major infrastructure programs are planned, procured, and delivered, while building strong partnerships and high-performing teams. Dana holds a BS in Civil and Construction Engineering from Temple University and has received numerous industry honors, including being named a 2022 Notable Woman in Transportation by Crain’s New York Business.

Dana will help expand our program and project delivery services across New York, New Jersey, and beyond, supporting our plan to grow the firm and continue our operational excellence. “Dana’s leadership and experience across some of the most complex transportation agencies in the country make her a tremendous addition to H&H,” said Sean Bluni, CEO. “She understands how to move major programs from vision to delivery, and she does it in a way that builds trust, accountability, and strong teams.
