H&H University (HHU) is our in-house professional development program. Our curriculum extends beyond technical education, it includes training for project management, business development, and leadership skills, and it evolves throughout your career.

Our university includes several distinct tracks:
Professional Perspectives – Programs for every stage of your career. Non-technical, HQ-based seminars and virtual webinars; cohort development.
Project Perspectives – PDH-certified monthly webinars and annual full-day seminars. The program offers opportunities for multi-disciplinary presenters from across the firm. Virtual sharing of project best practices; we learn from our colleagues’ achievements and past challenges.
Technical Perspectives – Lectures and classes with industry-leading technical experts. Highly technical content is developed for all levels of experience and learning. Collaborate with peers and grow alongside top industry talent.
Leadership Academy – Develops the future leaders of H&H. Led by H&H’s CEO & senior leaders, attendees participate in workshops and exercises critical to building our business and culture.
Legacy Institute – Mentorship, internship, and risk management programs. Named “Legacy” because these are core programs that H&H has offered for more than 130 years. We believe that passing on knowledge from one generation to another is integral to maintaining H&H’s reputation of superior engineering and promoting from within.
